Thirty minutes.
Your program as it actually runs.

The free Program Readiness Call is a structured conversation about standardization, pilot currency, records, and training cadence. It ends with a verbal recap and one recommended next step. It is discovery and fit, not an inspection.

Verbal recapNo written findings, score, or checklist is issued from the free call.
Practical routingThe next step may be review, training, data verification, or no further work.
No inspectionThe discussion is about the operation, not evaluating individual employees.

What the call covers.

The conversation follows the operating chain. Each question connects current practice to the evidence the organization could produce later.

Standardization

Do two pilots fly the same job the same way, and could the program show it? We identify where work runs on individual habit instead of a shared operating standard.

Pilot currency

Are pilots current on the aircraft and mission types they actually fly, or only current on paper? The call separates activity, recurrent knowledge, and mission-specific practical readiness.

Records

If an underwriter, client, or attorney asked tomorrow, what would the file say? We discuss what exists, what is missing, and whether the record can reconstruct the operation.

Training cadence

Is recurrent training scheduled, and does it address the missions pilots perform? We connect the cadence to scenario-based training and the human-factors patterns surfaced in Part 107 event data. Hours spent on the wrong material are still grounded hours.

A useful next step, stated plainly.

You leave with a verbal recap and a recommended next step, delivered in the call rather than as a written finding. If no change is warranted, that is a valid outcome too.

Insurance readiness
Support renewal conversations.

Identify the operating and records questions likely to matter before the organization enters an underwriting conversation.

Uptime
Keep the capability available.

Find the practice, currency, or records gap most likely to interrupt routine missions.

Documentation
Build a record that holds together.

Connect what the team does in the field to documentation someone outside the program can understand.

Why is the call free? Every program relationship starts with discovery. If later work is useful, it is scoped separately after the conversation. Nothing else is sold from this page.

Already producing aerial data?

An independent Accuracy Verification on the program's own output can be a useful first step. Measured results can point directly to collection, control, processing, and documentation practices for the call to examine.

Bring the program, not the polished binder.

Meet by video or phone. Bring the program as it runs today. The free call produces no written findings, maturity score, or obligation.
