Accessibility Statement
EFFECTIVE JULY 25, 2026 · UPDATED AUGUST 23, 2026
Outlook Universal Aerial Services, LLC ("Outlook UAS") is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to learn about our work, request a quote, and use the client portal.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve the site over time.
What we've done
- Semantic, structured HTML with clear headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate the pages.
- Keyboard support for interactive elements: the menu, quote tools, and links can be reached and operated without a mouse, with visible focus indicators.
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative graphics marked so assistive tech can skip them.
- Color choices intended to meet AA contrast for body text, and layouts that reflow to a single, readable column on phones and tablets.
- A mobile-first, responsive design so content is usable at different screen sizes and zoom levels.
- Respect for the "reduced motion" browser setting, so animations are minimized for visitors who prefer that.
- Accessible menus and dialogs that use ARIA roles and labels and can be closed with the Escape key.
Ongoing work & known limitations
We continue to test and refine the site. Some areas may not yet fully meet our target:
- Interactive map. The quote map is a visual tool for outlining a site. If drawing a boundary is difficult for you, you can skip the map and send your address or parcel details directly, and we'll scope it for you.
- Client portal. The portal is being brought to the same standard as the rest of the site; if you hit a barrier there, contact us and we'll help you directly.
- Documents and deliverables. Some downloadable files (such as PDFs) may not yet be fully tagged for accessibility. We can provide an accessible alternative on request.
- Third-party content. Map imagery and some embedded services come from other providers and are partly outside our control.
Need help, or hit a barrier? We want to fix it. Contact us and we'll work with you and, if you need it, give you the same information or complete the same task in another way: by phone, email, or an alternative format.
